Mira Sol

Find the quiet in the follow-through.

Mira Sol approaches each swing as a conversation between balance and breath.

On this imagined practice green, there is no leaderboard. Mira watches the light move across the grass, then begins again. Precision follows the swing to its final held shape. The work is a study of patience: the small adjustments that accumulate long before a movement appears complete.
